General Info
You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

I'll always send you a sketch for your approval before starting the lineart. This will be the only time you can ask for changes without charge (As long as they are changes I missed from your description. If you add new details after I started the lineart, I'll have to charge you extra)
I will send you the full resolution picture

If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, an extra fee of %50 will be added.

I reserve the rights of canceling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change). However, if you want me to stick to them, please specify it on the note.

As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.
By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

I usually work within 1~12 weeks.

Please don't rush the commission if you didn't mention about the deadline before hand. Rushed commission will be charged with additional fee.
Finished piece will be sent via email.

No refunds after the payment. I only give refunds if I am the one who cancelled the commission.

Changes
Any changes that need to be made because of a mistake on my part (that was clearly specified on the references) will be fixed with no extra charge

Before reserving a slot I'll ask you what kind of commission do you have in mind, to see if it fits my style before accepting it. If you reserve a slot and change your idea later to something that I don't want to work on, we have to stick to the original idea or you can cancel the commission but you'll lose the deposit

Be sure to specify which pose and angle you want (with references) before the sketch phase, because only medium/minor changes are allowed after I start the sketch. Big changes (such as different pose or angle) that require to discard the current sketch and do another one will have an extra charge of $10~$30 per character (depending on how complex the sketch was), If you don't specify what you want, I'll assume you want to give me freedom on this. In short: If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Other Fee
PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE = +20% base price if you don't want your commission to be published for portfolio or social media(s).
